Department Overview

APAC Delivery Management

-------------------

Responsible for open backlog, shipment & revenue tracking. Deal with order management on order related matter by max delivery fullfill customer satisfaction. Deal with Global Supply Planning (GSP) and Material Planning Management (MPM) on materials delivery commits. Deal with logistic & shipment team on shipment arrangement. Prepare revenue projection and flag out if there is any/ potential revenue risk

Basic Requirements

Bachelor's degree with proven experience in

backlog management

,

delivery management

, or a related

supply chain

field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in this field Expert knowledge of the

Google Workspace

suite is essential, particularly

Google Sheets

and

Google Slides

. Having system knowledge in

Oracle & SAP

will be added advantage Detail oriented Good collaboration skills and ability to handle customer feedback and delivery issues. Positive attitude, team player and willing to take up change, challenges and ad-hoc task assigned by supervisor Must be willing and able to support the

U.S. shift

as required. Mandarin language proficiency is a plus as need to work with China customers
