IT Delivery Manager

There is a fantastic opportunity available as an IT Delivery Manager on the LowCode DevOps team in the APAC Region, International Market Domain.

This team provides support for Regional/local applications developed via Outsystems and deliver new solutions for the affiliates in the region.

This strategic work is some of the highest priorities for our team. The delivery manager who fills this role would be a truly valued and influential member of our team.

Your key responsibilities:

You will lead the LowCode DevOps team, including managing contractors.

You will be responsible for delivering solutions and managing new requirements and incidents for existing applications.

You will be responsible for the strategic technical roadmap aligned with the product roadmap, landscape and lifecycle management strategy.

We manage the LowCode applications as a product in ServiceNow. As the delivery manager, you will be responsible for managing the Product Vision & Roadmap, Product Delivery Strategy and Operation Support Plan, as well as Theme, Epic, Stories, Group, Test Plan, Test Cases and the Sprint in the ITSM tool.

Your qualifications and experience:

Minimum 5 years experience in work related to IT software development as a lead role;

Minimum 3 years of documented experience in coordinating teams and managing IT project of local/global scope in a multicultural environment;

Experience in work with virtual/dispersed project/service team;

Knowledge of Project Management (PMP) and Service Management (ITIL) methodologies, certification as a plus;

Experience within an Agile process of software development (SCRUM), certification as a plus;

Ability to develop relationships with people originating from various cultures;

Ability to decompose problems and find the best solutions;

Improvement mindset;

Strategic management approach and mindset;

Ability to influence, persuade and negotiate in English.
