In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems. Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
10 to 14 years of experience in sales operations, with at least 2 to 3 years in a leadership role (Manager of managers)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
