is responsible for leading the Delivery Performance team and overseeing operations delivery across multiple technology domains.
The role focuses on monitoring and improving delivery performance, establishing KPIs, ensuring balanced capacity planning, and driving continuous improvement in processes, people, and technology.
This position requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to manage demand, supply, and performance standards in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Delivery Performance team and drive delivery excellence.
Define, implement, and manage delivery KPIs.
Track, report, and improve performance across all domains.
Collaborate with delivery heads and domain leads on strategy and operations.
Ensure delivery quality and present KPI updates to management.
Monitor project demand, resource allocation, and overall capacity.
Identify root causes of issues and drive continuous improvement.
Standardize performance tracking and reporting processes.
Provide guidance, best practices, and performance management support.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Requirements
At least 10 years of Program/Project Management experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
Strong understanding of SDLC and performance measurement.
Experience in resource planning, demand management, and delivery operations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven team leadership and people management experience.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related fields; PM certifications are an advantage.
