Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure production plan results in on-time delivery according to customer orders and appropriate inventory levels are maintained. Review, monitor and adjust the production plans based on existing capacities against provided forecasts and new business opportunities. Maintain product and production data master lists to support production planning and manufacturing. Proactively work with Operation teams to ensure the adherence of the production schedules. Ensure the notification for customers of potential issues or delays and provide a recovery plan in timely manner.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in a related field is required for this position. Applicants who are exposed to a manufacturing working environment have an added advantage. Has good initiative, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and effectively in a team environment. Flexible and willing to work beyond normal working hours. Good command of spoken and written English. Hands-on experience in production planning with strong knowledge in ERP systems will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required. Applicants with strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, result-oriented and hardworking attitude will have an added advantage. Applicants must be proactive and able to work under deadlines.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
