This role serves as the conduit between ASEAN Supply Chain and its Business Units in coordinating the countries\' Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SI&OP) process, performing demand planning, product launch & exit plans, driving inventory optimization initiatives, and managing supply execution as required to meet customer needs and business financial objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the monthly SI&OP process, aligning efforts across Operations, Finance, Regulatory, and Sales & Marketing teams, within the Boston Scientific quality framework, in support of strategic and financial goals.
Partner with Business Units and other key functional stakeholders to understand market trends and strategic imperatives in support of commercial ambitions, and drive supply execution across your portfolio.
Prepare and maintain monthly Demand Plans, including consignment inventory requirements, strategic stock planning, new production introduction, product transitions and end-of-life phase-outs, in the Rapid Response supply chain planning system.
Proactively analyse inventory, sales and scrap data to provide recommendations to Business Units and other key stakeholders, enabling improvement in working capital and scrap.
Ensure awareness and compliance with applicable standard operating procedures to meet, comply and champion all quality and regulatory commitments of Boston Scientific.

QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management or equivalent fields.
5+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a demand planning / forecasting role, with exposure to leading an IBP process.
Solid understanding of Supply Chain planning and inventory management, including statistical forecasting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels.
Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders without direct authority.
Advanced Excel skills and experience managing large data sets essential.
Ability to solve problems and work independently and collaboratively with teams across geographies.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and high-quality output.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic and changing environment.
