Senior Advisor, Client Demand Planning

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll achieve
As a Demand Planner, you will be responsible for driving cross commodity improvements across the CSG global planning market commodity teams. You will have the opportunity to influence and impact decisions across the Director\'s staff. You will work with team members and leadership internal to planning as well as within RSCP, CoC and PG teams.

You will:

Develop and manage strategies to enable robust long-range planning across Client market commodities

Manage transitions and inventory early warning systems tied to client market commodities across the team \xe2\x80\x93 goal is to limit new product launch disruption and E&O during ramp down

Create and drive sustainable and robust executive reporting on a weekly basis for team deliverables. Collaborate with team to drive digitization in all areas possible

Develop strong and influential relationships with key cross functional partners in procurement, product group and CoCs in the scope of commodity ownership

Essential Requirements

Strong business and finance acumen earned through
5 years of experience in marketing, operations and/or financial management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional team members to arrive at consensus planning

Excellent data modelling with high level of proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and comfortable with adopting new in-house tools

Solid analytical skills and structured thinking to resolve ad-hoc issues and adjust to the dynamic requirements of our customer and supplier base

Ability to work autonomously and deal with ambiguity with considerable latitude to meet and exceed the objectives of the role

Desirable Requirements

Degree and/or MBA in any discipline (Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field)

Strong collaboration and communication skills and
5years program management experience
