  • Knowledge of food principles and best practices.
  • Passion for creating incredible food that delights and attract customers.
  • Excellent communication skills and leadership qualities.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
  • Develop menus, creative and innovative thinking.
  • Exceptional standards for cleanliness, health, and safety.
  • Experience managing inventories and stocktaking.
  • Fully vaccinated (passed 14 days cooling period)
  • Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems proactively and efficiently.
