Ensure all food preparation are carried out according to standard recipes.
Ensure food consistency is well maintained at all times, conduct checks for quality and presentation of food.
Assist in monitoring stock movement and balance to maintain adequacy supplies for daily production.
Ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
Ensure the kitchen is in line with the food hygiene and safety practice.
Ensure misen place and ingredient is well prepared at all time.
Perform ad hoc duties that assigned by Sous Chef / Head Chef.
