Work alongside the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking menu items in line with hotel standards.
Maintain consistency in food quality, presentation, and portioning for all dishes served.
Contribute to smooth kitchen operations by handling mise en place, stock rotation, and general cleaning tasks.
Comply with all hygiene, safety, and sanitation regulations within the kitchen at all times.
Requirements:
Relevant certification in a related field.
Relevant experience in similar role.
