Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Office Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
Preferably with at least 1 year of related working experience in an admin/secretarial background.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mandarin is an added advantage.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Required skill(s): MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Must be willing to work in Port Klang, Selangor.
Tanggungjawab
Carry out full spectrum of admin/secretarial duties to the Manager/HOD.
Ensure meetings are effectively organized and minutes are taken.
Maintain effective records and administration.
Maintain and monitor the People Soft App (Employee Attendance, Overtime, and Absence). Training will be provided for using the system.
Enhance effectiveness by providing information management support.
Manage the department schedule by maintaining calendars for department personnel and arranging meetings, conferences, tele-conferences, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports by collecting the necessary information.
Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the immediate superior.
