Job Description

Reporting to the Director, Category Space & Assortment, you as the Category Space Analyst help enhance Red Bull\'s market presence through market analysis, product distribution and placement, and shelf space at multiple retailers across the United States. You\'ll use tools such as IRI, Shopper/Category insights and Retailer/Distributor data to create profitable planograms and maintain current planogram information and supply analysis to the field for implementation. PROVIDE INSIGHTFUL PLANOGRAM SUPPORT TO RETAIL CUSTOMERS \xe2\x80\xa2Work with Category Development Managers and Analysts to develop fact-based planogram recommendations for Red Bull Strategic Accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2Turn data into stories to draw conclusions, identify opportunities, make recommendations, and evaluate impact for accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2Accompany Category Development Managers or lead retail meetings regarding space planning methodology and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2Guide planogram reset projects for accounts by maintaining accurate timelines and resources, working with outside vendors. DEVELOP SPACE PLANNING RESEARCH AND RESOURCES \xe2\x80\xa2Develop insights-based schematic presentations to help promote conversations in the field. \xe2\x80\xa2Maintain data-driven tools to capture category growth information for each Red Bull account. \xe2\x80\xa2Conduct new space planning research, and present recommendations to the Business Insights Team. \xe2\x80\xa2Develop Space Planning Tools suite, including: product and image libraries, JDA tables, labels, highlights, and space optimization calculator. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: \xe2\x80\xa2 2+ years\' experience in product merchandising, space planning software, or related work experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced with turning complex data sets into actions \xe2\x80\xa2 Project Management experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with syndicated data tools (e.g. IRI, NITRO, Nielsen Answers CORE) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience presenting to retailers \xe2\x80\xa2 Prior exposure to process improvement \xe2\x80\xa2 CPG industry experience beneficial \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or work experience in lieu of degree JDA Space Planning Certification preferred
