Position : Department Admin Secretary, Creative (Mandarin Speaker)
Company Industry : Technology and Entertainment
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0900 to 1800)
Working Location : Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur (Hybrid work model)
Remuneration : Basic RM 3,000 - RM 5,000 (depend on performance & qualification) with statutory contribution + leave entitlementRequirement

  • Minimum Diploma holder. Applicants from all backgrounds including fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Candidates who have demonstrated previous experience and/or education relevant to HR/ Business Administration/ Operations are preferred.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin to support China market
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • The role is prioritize to local candidates only.
Key Responsibilities :
  • Creates visual content (graphics, videos, presentations) for social media and other projects.
  • Drafts articles and manages social media content.
  • Provides administrative support (scheduling, travel, events, reports) for the Global Communications team.
  • Handles external relations (agencies, media visits, corporate gifting).
  • Conducts research and monitors industry and company news for communication efforts.
