Job Description


Description: Responsible for a variety of administrative and business support duties and to support the partner\'s office and the department (CPTX). Responsibilities: Support partner\'s office through execution of administrative tasks (including setting of meetings, preparation of minutes of meeting, etc) Support the department\'s administrative duties (ie maintenance of client database, claims, work status update, etc) Assistance in the registration of webinars organised by the function Others (as required on a case to case basis) Requirements : Diploma in Secretarial studies, PSC or its equivalent At least 2 years\' professional secretarial experience with strong administrative, and organizational skills Meticulous, trustworthy and responsible with interest and capability in handling multifunctional/ routine tasks Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
