Perak
Responsibilities:

• Manage set-up of Perak Depot, staffing, all relevant licensing, facilities readiness to comply with all laws and regulations.
• Ensure all MPOB, local municipal licenses are in good order and strictly comply to the government bodies? and ISCC regulations.
• Ensure all environment, health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
• Manage all used cooking oil (UCO) collection and collector activities.
• Acquisition of all businesses with UCO to dispose with FatHopes Energy.
• Plan and assign daily collection routes to optimise vehicle utilisation and collection volume.
• Manage PUSH participants? performance and render guidance and support.
• Generate timely report daily, weekly and monthly to HQ.
• Maintain all company documents in good order and securely.
• Manage feedbacks, requests or complaints by our customers, and provide satisfactory solutions.
• Manage and ensure good customer service standards.

Criteria:

• Possess minimum a diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years? experience in logistics industry.
• Candidates without the above academic qualifications but with experience in the logistics or F&B industries will also be considered.
• Possess good computer skills and IT savvy.
