Responsibilities:
- Manage set-up of Perak Depot, staffing, all relevant licensing, facilities readiness to comply with all laws and regulations.
- Ensure all MPOB, local municipal licenses are in good order and strictly comply to the government bodies? and ISCC regulations.
- Ensure all environment, health and safety regulations are strictly observed.
- Manage all used cooking oil (UCO) collection and collector activities.
- Acquisition of all businesses with UCO to dispose with FatHopes Energy.
- Plan and assign daily collection routes to optimise vehicle utilisation and collection volume.
- Manage PUSH participants? performance and render guidance and support.
- Generate timely report daily, weekly and monthly to HQ.
- Maintain all company documents in good order and securely.
- Manage feedbacks, requests or complaints by our customers, and provide satisfactory solutions.
- Manage and ensure good customer service standards.
- Possess minimum a diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years? experience in logistics industry.
- Candidates without the above academic qualifications but with experience in the logistics or F&B industries will also be considered.
- Possess good computer skills and IT savvy.
