ACCOUNTABILITY

Lead the Physical FLOW management section which includes warehousing and logistics of raw material , finished goods and service parts. Ensure timely supply of materials to suppliers, production and customers.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Deploy supply chain transformation, JCMS practices and manage the change management.
• Maintain and improve the Inventory accuracy through periodic inventory counts.
• Achieve the Standard WIP and WIP inventory as per the plan.
• Collaboration with cross functionals team within supply chain and production to meet the delivery commitments.
• Compliance to safety policy, procedures and regulations.
• Lead and develop staff in fulfilling company\'s safety, quality delivery, productivity and cost goals
• Structure talent development and management

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management.
• More than 10 years hands on experience in warehousing and logistics, and supply to manufacturing lines.

Knowledge/Skill Level

• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to delegate tasks, provide guidance, and resolve conflicts, strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including procurement, transportation, inventory management, and distribution.
• Warehouse & Transportation Management Systems and Technology.
• Experience in managing sea and air shipments and import/export processes.
• Budgeting and cost management.
• Knowledge of safety protocols, regulations and best practices.
• Strong leadership qualities including business acumen, adaptability, efficiency as well as analytical strategic and effective communication skill.
• Talent development and management skill.
• Good communication and influencing presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite Applications (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint) as well as Internet software and E-mail is required.
