:Job Overview:Lead the development and facilitation of the corporate planning and strategic projects\' function that includes developing strategies and plans, direct business performance management, valuation, and rationalisation as well as managing good relationships with existing and potential business partners in contributing to the company\'s sustainable performance and growth in line with UEM Edgenta\'s vision and mission.Job Responsibilities:Corporate Planning: Lead Corporate Planning in the development and deployment of corporate plan, budget and balanced scorecard/KPI planning to manage business performance and recommend or develop strategies for improving financial performance as well as provide strategic recommendations and solutions for business and financial issues.Corporate Performance & Reporting: Lead the review and assessment of corporate performance that includes developing strategic short to medium-term business plans and tactics as well as providing recommendations and solutions to financial problems that occur in contributing to sustainable financial performance and growth.Strategic Projects Delivery & Governance: Oversee strategic projects delivery and governance initiatives in line with corporate strategy and plans that include analytical preparation of potential growth opportunities, high-level business negotiation, price modelling/target pricing and client presentations as well as forming of strategic partnerships to increase UEM Edgenta\'s long-term value.Corporate & Business Transformation & Change: Set up and define transformation strategy and change management agenda to support corporate and business transformation.Organisational Excellence & Integration: Oversee the formulation of UEM Edgenta\'s strategic project delivery, including identifying opportunities and planning for corporate restructuring, cross-business alignment, post-acquisition/merger integration, and corporate and business transformation.Strategic Partnership & Alignment: Manage strategic partnerships, and integration and alignment with strategic stakeholders i.e., government authorities, business and management institutions, and key industry players that include strategic alliances and collaborations to maximize benefit and strengthen UEM Edgenta corporate planning and strategic projects.Job Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree Specialised in Accounting / Economics/ Business or equivalent. Master\'s in Business Administration (MBA) will be an added advantage.
• Total Work Experience: More than 12 years in corporate strategy and planning or corporate finance at the international accounting firm and regional investment firm.
• Total Relevant Experience: 7 to 10 years in a senior management role.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, financial acumen and commercial awareness, creative thinking and problem analysis.
• Leadership excellence, combined with highly tuned interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
• Effective management of stakeholder interests across a complex organisational structure.
