Job Description

1. Responsible for overseeing the formulation of relevant rules and regulations for production management, safety management, and on-site management, and improving and implementing various management work of the company; 2. Responsible for coordinating with the business department and developing monthly production plans based on marketing needs; 3. Responsible for organizing and implementing production according to the plan, reasonably organizing and scheduling production staff for production, executing the production plan, and coordinating and handling various problems in the production process; 4. Responsible for the organization, implementation, coordination, supervision, and assessment of production management and related management work; 5. Responsible for organizing safety management and on-site 5s management, regularly or irregularly inspecting, supervising rectification, and assessing the production site; 6. Regularly support the convening of workshop section chief meetings to understand the production situation, review or adjust production plans; 7. Verify the production daily reports submitted by each workshop, supervise and inspect the progress of production, product quality, and completion of production plans to ensure timely, high-quality, and quantitative completion of production tasks; 8. Responsible for inspecting the safety, production, environmental protection, hygiene, work discipline, and process execution of each workshop, correcting any problems found in a timely manner, and reporting serious problems to the General Manager in a timely manner.
