Deputy General Manager (project Development)
Job Description
Responsibilities: To oversee the management and control of development projects assigned by Chief Project Officer. To liaise and coordinate with the design consultants and Bosses for the completion of final design. To liaise and coordinate with the consultants and the relevant authorities for the submission and final approval for construction and completion compliance. To assist Contract Division to prepare the Annual Project Development Expenditure Budget for the Group. To monitor and ensure the development costs within the development budget and delivery of contracts on time and within the contract stipulated period. To administer the whole construction process including progress monitoring, supervision on works and materials to conform with the drawing and specification, verification and approve works done by contractors and materials delivered by Suppliers. To liaise and coordinate with the Marketing Division pertaining to types of products to be created for sale and schedule of delivery. To liaise and coordinate with Site Management Division on the maintenance, cleanliness, and beautification of the Parks. To ensure compliance of safety and emergence procedures by the construction workers at the Site and create a safe and healthy working environment. Any other task assigned by supervisors from time to time.
