Company Background:

???A leading manufacturer of prefabricated modular data center solutions, specialize in the data center and power systems industry. With R&D facilities in Shanghai and high-end manufacturing plants in Shanghai and Malaysia, it delivers innovative solutions for hyperscale data center projects globally. The company is located in Johor Bahru, and the actual working location is subject to the project.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain project documentation including M&E drawings, specifications, contracts, and reports. Ensure proper document control processes are followed, including version control, filing, and retrieval. Oversee timely submission, tracking, and archiving of construction-related documents. Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance. Support internal audits and project handover documentation requirements. Implement improvements in document control systems and workflows. Supervise and support documentation staff to ensure efficiency and consistency. Assist in preparing reports and summaries for management review. Ensure alignment with quality standards and construction industry regulations. Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) projects is essential. Minimum 3 years of experience in document control within the construction industry. Familiar with handling MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) documentation. Strong organizational and communication skills.

Salary Range: RM10,000 - RM15,000

Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
