To lead and assist the network team to perform audit on all panel hospitals to ensure quality of services, via bill review. 2. Prepare and send audit reports to panel hospitals, after complete audit review. 3. Accurately record all audit findings/issues found during audit review. 4. Accurately record all refunds received from audit review and liaise with Finance and IT to properly al located back the refunds to certificates involved. 5. Ensure team members perform hospital audit accordance with SOP. 6. Present findings and updates on hospitals to Head of Unit (HNM) and HOD 7. Work closely with Head of Unit (HNM) on liaising with hospital management on complaints received or issue raise by the clients / agents / claims assessors / management 8. To prepare report and review effectively on appointment and termination of panel hospital comply with the standard operating procedures 9. Ensure all panel hospitals are properly licensed and has signed agreement/contract. 10. Ensure panel hospital information at various channel (Corporate Website, Navigator Apps, systems, etc.) are up to date and with correct information 11. Identify short falls and service gaps between HAS and Panel Hospitals, the provide solutions and trainings. 12. Handle complaints/cases reported by Panel Hospitals and follow up until the complaints/cases are resolved 13.
