About the Role:

Client is looking to hire a a Deputy Manager - IT Infra & Risk Support Leader

Duties:

Will design, develop, modify and implement and support new systems and features, as well as modify and maintain existing systems for adaptation to business and/or technology changes.

Skills and Experience:

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT service management, IT risk management, and disaster recovery, preferably in a leadership or managerial role.
• Possess good leadership and communication skills, with a track record of successfully leading and mentoring IT service team members
• Drive the successful transformation of the IT department by implementing emerging technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automation to enhance IT Service Management and overall Operations Service Delivery.
• Responsible for the entire IT operations and network infrastructure availability, ensuring the networks security and uptime by implementing the latest security protocols, including next-generation firewalls, endpoint protection, and intrusion detection systems
• Overseeing the training, coaching, and knowledge sharing of IT service personnel, operates and administrating IT infrastructure, IT Inventory, and customer Helpdesk systems.
• Technical Competencies: Broad technical understanding/ Service Level Management/ IT Asset & Security Management / Project Management/ Customer Focus./ Attention to Detail
• Business Competences: Strategic thinking/ Business analysis/ Effective Delegation/ Prioritization & Time Management/ Clear Communication/ Business Relationship Management.
