  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
2. Team Management:
  • Lead and manage the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure efficient workflow and meet recruitment targets.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
3. Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
  • Identify and utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Develop relationships with educational institutions and industry associations for talent acquisition.
4. Candidate Screening and Selection:
  • Oversee the screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates\' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to make informed hiring decisions.
5. Employer Branding:
  • Promote the organization\xe2\x80\x99s employer brand to attract top talent.
  • Participate in job fairs, career events, and online forums to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s visibility.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment marketing materials.
6. Compliance and Reporting:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies during the recruitment process.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  • Prepare regular recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
7. Onboarding:
  • Coordinate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Provide support and guidance to new employees during their initial period.
8. Continuous Improvement:
  • Seek feedback from candidates and hiring managers to improve the recruitment process.
  • Implement innovative recruitment techniques and tools to enhance efficiency.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Human Resources Management or relevant field
  • At least 5-10 years of experience in recruitment / HR-related processors
  • Proven work experience as a Talent, People, Recruitment Specialist or similar role
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Hands-on experience with 360-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
