Job Description

• To update latest End Financing (EF) limit & related details of all on-going projects to ensure sufficient limit in placed for sales conversion.
• EF tracking files are promptly updated to develop work plans on EF limit annual review/ additional limit request.
• Compiling of project & financial info from inter-departments for pre-development EF empanelment process.
• Identify & prepare analysis reports on project visibility and marketability to accommodate for EF empanelment.
• Building rapport & liaise with EF bankers and/or valuer for empanelment of EF for projects.
• To analyse and develop effective and efficient work plans to allow monitoring and tracking of loans status to achieve conversion target.
• To work closely with sales personnel (i.e., in-house salespersons, sales agents/PICs) & bankers on loan approval to produce the desired result in achieving sales budget.
• Follow up with purchasers & agents if housing loan financing require as well as checking on loan applications status.
• Conduct regular meeting or discussion with sales personnel on buyers\xe2\x80\x99 loans status.
• Recommend action plans on loans process with latest mortgage knowledge to smoothen loan applications progress.
• Oversee the support operations of Sales & Marketing Department and provide administrative support.
• Any other duties assigned by superior/HOD from time to time.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Studies/Management/Administration or relevant working experience.
• At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales administration in property development
• Good command in written and spoken Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literate and knowledge in Noetic system
• Self-motivated, independent, hardworking, and positive working attitude and able to work in team.
• Able to work in Phileo Damansara, PJ

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month Schedule:
