An architectural firm is looking a

Design Architect

to join the team.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and present creative architectural concepts, sketches, 3D models, and design documentation that align with project goals and brand identity. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and designers to coordinate design intent and ensure seamless project execution. Ensure technical accuracy, material selection, and design quality in compliance with building codes, sustainability standards, and aesthetic objectives.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field. Architectural license or progress toward licensure (preferred). 3-5 years of professional experience in architecture or design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite; strong ability to produce 3D models and presentation materials. Strong conceptual and visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, form, and spatial composition. Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to articulate design ideas clearly to clients and teams. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with architects, engineers, and consultants.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
