Responsible for strategic planning, project development and research for townships and properties
Resolve all design issues and matters arise for the project from conceptual till project completion
Preliminary assist with all design matters related to commercial component (shopping mall and super high-rise tower)
Creating and refining design concepts including layouts, materials and aesthetics while adhering to the local regulations and sustainability practices
Working closely with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure cohesive design and functionality
Identifying potential design-related risks and developing strategies to mitigate them throughout the project lifecycle
Conducting site visits to assess conditions, gather data and provide feedback on design implementation
Job Requirements
Degree in Architecture or Civil and Structural
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite, 3D models and presentations
Utilizing BIM technology for creating and managing digital representations of physical and functional characteristics of buildings, facilitating better collaboration and visualization
Knowledge in architecture, civil and structural works
Excellent in verbal and written communication
Excellent in presentation and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Good knowledge of the latest property trend, features, pricing, ID and facade
