Job Description
Responsibilities
Design & Conceptualization:
Develop scalable and repeatable designs for manufacturing and assembly, adapting materials and layouts to suit each project.
Collaboration:
Partner with structural, MEP, and other engineering teams for seamless design integration.
Commercialization:
Support business development in design proposals and tenders -- ensuring quality, compliance, and creativity.
Sustainability & Efficiency:
Champion energy-efficient and environmentally responsible design solutions.
R&D & Innovation:
Explore new methods, materials, and technologies to enhance design and reduce costs.
Leadership:
Build and mentor a high-performing local design team specializing in modular architecture.
Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture or related fields. Degree in Architectural Studies (specialization in modularized systems/design automation is a plus). Registered Architect (Corporate Member of PAM & LAM). Strong leadership background managing large teams and complex projects. Experience with international or large-scale projects preferred. Established network within the industry is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM30,000.00 - RM40,000.00 per month
