Design of new tooling from conceptual to detailed completion
Modify designs based on any engineering changes
Share information about design to Sales / Marketing for preliminary quotes
Follow up on new project and FAI assembly
Responsible for the product design and development process
Involved in the downtime improvement of existing products
Estimate Tool life maintenance cycle
Provide feedback on customer enquiry
Coordinating the finalization, review & monitoring of technical specification, quality, cost & time targets for new projects.

Education Level

Skill & Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in stamping tool design or related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to details on design
Able to cooperate with a team of production engineers, supervisors, Technicians and Operators
Familiar in ISO9001:2008 QMS, ISO14001:2004 EMS,ISO/ TS16949 certification and compliance.
Good communication and presentation skills.
