• Bachelor\'s Degree/Professional Degree in Design, Architecture Interior Design
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Power point, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe
• Photo Shop, Auto Cad, Draft sight, Sketch up.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• Knowledge in prepare project quotation and material application.
• You are perfectionist with extreme attention to detail and good project and time management skills.
• Knowledge in prepare drawings 2D & 3D perspective.
• Experience in corporate office and F&B designs
• Positive attitude personalities.
• Site experience is essential.
• At least 12 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.
• Must be able work independent.
• Able to start work immediately.

Tanggungjawab

• To develop conceptual idea and demonstrate the design is must
• Able to manage the entire projects from preparing scope of works and timeline, to conceptualize design into finished project.
• To develop presentation which may include space planning, layout , sketches, rendering, 3D perspectives, and material boards.
• To lead a team and prepare the scope of work and set timeline for the team.
• Coordinate with internal design support members and project management teams.
• Plan & manage project include coordinating sub-contractor, control of renovation and interior design related works.
• Meeting with clients to determine the requirements and needs.
• Consistently bringing great, fresh ideas to the team that are project appropriate, captures the look and attitude and articulates client\'s needs.
• Understand company vision and design aesthetics, helping drive a consistent design sensibility across all projects.
• Manage and lead projects to handover.
• In charge of overall project progress, analysis and schedule to management as needed.
