DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Responsible for sales services to all project inquiries from developers, architects or other target market as assigned by the Management. 2. To develop, monitor and strike for achieving your personal and group\'s sales target set by the Management. 3. Managing/ to lead all the interior designers/ sales designers. 4. To provide conceptual design consultation service to the clients. 5. Responsible for design presentation including design concept and perspective drawings. 6. Responsible for costing and quotation submission to clients. 7. To prepare full set of working drawings to sub contractors assisted by design. 8. To plan, co-ordinate and control project from commencement to completion until collection. 9. Site management, co-ordination and site measurement with sub contractors and suppliers. 10. To ensure the project is completed on time, within budget and meeting quality standard. REQUIREMENTS : 1. Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design with strong conceptual design development 2. Minimum 5 years working experience in interior design firm and site & project management experience 3. Working experience in residential & hospitality 4. Familiar with AutoCAD/ interiCAD, 3D Max or other 5. Creative, innovative, independent, self motivated discipline and good sense of responsibility
