(A) JOB DESCRIPTION - Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To assist the Assistance Vice President on technical advises of new design approach throughout the project delivery phase in term of new creative ideas, innovation and design technology input initiatives, in particularly during the development conceptual and design stage, leading to best optimum and design solution for the projects as well as cost effectives.
  • Able to manage and coordinate all design matters relating to a project, assist to ensure that the multi-disciplinary teams building the project work together smoothly and that everything is delivered on time and within budget
  • Managing processes relating to the project\'s design to ensure that everything is delivered to schedule and budget, working very closely with design consultants, project managers, construction teams and other key members of the project team
  • Reviewing and advising on best technical designs on buildings, infrastructure, road and drainage works, ensuring they meet regulatory and legislative requirements and the project brief
  • Ensure up to date with relevant regulations, codes and legislation, and chairing design meetings, writing technical reports and presentations
  • Constantly liaise with local authorities\xe2\x80\x99 personnel i.e. Selangor and Pahang state authority on all technical compliance at pre-development and project implementation stage in particularly to KM, BP, R&D, DOE and other related authority as well.
  • To implement company policies, SOP procedures, and follow instructions as required.
  • To be able to work on development feasibility, cash flow budget, planning, monitoring and controlling of project dashboard reporting during development planning activities, and authorities\xe2\x80\x99 liaison under development planning will be advantage
  • To undertake any other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned but not limited to all above.
(B) JOB SPECIFICATION - Requirements:
  • Master/ Degree/ Diploma in Architecture, Building, Construction Management, or property related.
  • Prefer minimum 7 years of working experience in the property development industry or similar capacity.
  • Strong knowledge in property development, technical and design, construction management, contract administration, and attention to details whilst ability to \xe2\x80\x98think outside the box\xe2\x80\x99 on how to execute design solution effectively.
  • Well-versed in architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical works a must.
  • Good positive interpersonal, problem-solving, and good communications skills.
  • Good team work with self-motivated person and go-getter attitude, whilst able to work independently and delegate to subordinate team on technical issues.
  • Able to lead, liaise and communicate with consultants, and authorities a must.
  • Able to work effectively on long hours, take challenges, competitive in problem-solving and meet deadlines as required.
  • Able to deliver project management skill within time, cost, and quality of project.
  • Good computer application skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power B.I, Autocad, Photoshop will be advantage).
