Position: Production Designer (Events / Exhibitions / wood working/ custom)

Job Summary:

The Production Designer is responsible for designing, fabricating, and maintaining visual and structural elements for events, exhibitions, retail displays, and e-commerce platforms.
In addition to creating designs and woodwork using machinery, this role also supports the

e-commerce fulfilment process

, including stock preparation, packaging, and product shipment to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design & Fabrication

Develop design concepts, technical drawings, and 3D visuals for booths, retail displays, or e-commerce photo sets. Assist in wood cutting and fabrication using machines such as table saws, circular saws, and sanding machines. Ensure all structures are built according to specifications and meet safety standards. Support setup and installation at project sites or e-commerce studios. prepare buying item such as material based on the design based.

2. Workshop & Machine Maintenance

Maintain cleanliness and organization within the workshop or factory area. Perform basic maintenance on machines and report any issues to the supervisor. Ensure all woodworking tools and equipment are in good condition and safely operated. Assist in managing raw material inventory (wood, laminate, screws, accessories, etc.).

3. Quality & Safety

Ensure all production outputs -- whether design, fabrication, or delivery -- meet company quality standards. Follow workshop safety procedures when operating machines and handling materials. Uphold company image through quality workmanship and consistent daily updates.

Qualifications:

? Minimum skill certificate / Diploma//degree(Design / Production / Related field)
? Experience in workshop, woodworking, or e-commerce is an advantage
? Able to operate basic machines (table saw, sanding machine, etc.)
? Responsible, hardworking & able to work in a team
? Willing to work overtime when there are events

Working Hours:

Monday - Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
