Job Description

:

Design and development new tooling using CAD software, and analyze and improve existing designs using software such as DFM and mod flow. Collaboration with mold maker, designer, production, and other teams to review new part designs for manufacturability and to ensure tools integrate seamlessly into the manufacturing process. Oversee tooling projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Identify and resolve issues with tooling, perform repairs, and implement engineering changes. Ensure all tooling complies with company standards and conduct quality assurance tests on new designs. Create and maintain all necessary documentation for tooling and process.
Required skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineer or related field. Proficiency in CAD/AutoCAD software is essential. Able to do DFM with mold flow. Experience more than 5 years with specific manufacturing process like injection molding is preferable. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize tooling performance. A practical understanding of mechanical principle and fabrication equipment. Ability to collaborate effectively with various teams and present technical information. Attention to detail, project management abilities, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
