Role: Desktop L1 Support

Location: 46200 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia

Type: Permanent Position

Requirement: Local Malaysian candidates only

Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands and feet (onsite) IT support at the client's KL office (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Support end-users for laptop/MacBook issues, OS deployment, software installation, and troubleshooting. Assist HR with new user onboarding and coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement. Manage asset inventory, including monthly verification and coordination for new and disposed assets. Image newly procured laptops and maintain standby devices for deployment. Collaborate with Singapore support teams for network and EUC-related issues. Troubleshoot network, printer, and connectivity issues.
Skill Set:

3-5 years of experience in deskside support, MacBook support, OS deployment, and troubleshooting. Must have MacBook support experience. Strong understanding of Windows 11 and Mac OS. Excellent troubleshooting skills in software, network, hardware, and printer-related issues. Good communication skills and flexibility to support ad-hoc requirement
