Job Description
Below are the hands and Feet support requirement at KL
Hands and feet support FTE at KL client office. Support hours 9:00 AM - 6:00PM
3-5 year experience in Deskside support, MAC book support , OS deployment , software installation and Laptop -MacBook troubleshooting. Assist users for their laptop /MacBook related issues and support HR for new user onboarding Co-ordinate with vendor for hardware replacement. Coordinate with HR and procurement team for collection of newly procured laptop /MacBook and maintain the asset inventory , Monthly verification of asset inventory Image newly procured Laptops and ensure to keep standby laptops ready to allocate. Coordinate with Singapore Support team to resolve Network /EUC related issues reported by Kl users. Assist users for software installation . Troubleshoot network and printer related issues CO ordinate with vendor for the disposal of assets.Skill Set:
Good communication skill and Flexible to support ad-hoc requirements. Good understanding windows 11 and Mac OS operating systems Software installation and software issues troubleshooting Network / hardware /printer issues troubleshooting Windows OS deployment/ MacBook enrolment.

Pay: RM2,274.66 - RM5,225.85 per month
