Job Responsibility Company social media accounts management including Facebook pages, Instagram , Tik Tok & XHS. Design creative & innovative poster when necessary. Assist to take short video. Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews. Any ad-hoc that required by management from time to time.
