Job Description

Job Responsibility Create captivating visual content for marketing materials, including but not limited to: social media graphics, website banners, email newsletters, print advertisements, brochures, and presentations. Work closely with the marketing team to understand project/campaign requirements and develop design concepts that align with marketing strategies and objectives. Produce high-quality designs that effectively communicate brand messaging and engage the target audience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, provide design recommendations, and incorporate feedback into final deliverables. Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and techniques. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and adherence to brand guidelines. Participate in design review meetings and contribute to the creative direction of projects. Job Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. Minimum 1 year of experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and visual hierarchy. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with team members. Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
