\xef\xbb\xbfPosition: Desktop Support Analyst ( ArcGIS)Tenure: 2 years (Renewable basis)Location: Shah AlamWorking Hour: Night Shift (9pm - 6am) (Fixed Shift)Salary: RM 2800 - RM 3200 + Allowance (RM 500 shift allowance + RM 400 Training allowance)Job Responsibilities:

• Support ArcMap-Core and ArcGIS Pro-Core
• Participate in SWARM discussions, web courses, refresher training, and provide article feedback
• Provide prompt technical support and customer service through email, phone, and chat
• Diagnose and resolve software issues, escalate complex problems to appropriate teams
• Stay updated with software updates, patches, and new features
• Document support interactions and maintain records of technical issues and solutions
• Log software defects for improvement
• Collaborate with other analysts to solve issues
• Work in a high-energy, fast-paced, enthusiastic, positive, and collaborative culture
• Maintain comprehensive case documentation in CRM system
• Support other technical areas as needed
• Effective teamwork and collaboration with other analysts

Requirements

• Proficient written and verbal communication abilities with a strong grasp of the English language including grammar, punctuation, and consistency.
• Solid understanding of GIS theory and applications.
• Identify, understand, and articulate solutions for customer issues by means of ArcGIS knowledge including installation, configuration, and performance of ArcGIS Enterprise and related ArcGIS Enterprise technologies.
• Aptitude to gain understanding of systems administration and troubleshooting of multiple operating systems.
• Ability to patiently communicate technical information clearly and concisely.
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly, retain large amounts of information, and adapt to a changing work environment.
• Strong prioritization skills including managing time and workload efficiently.
