Dispatching documents to various stakeholders, including banks, government bodies, and customers.
Managing the submission of payments to different organizations such as utilities, telecommunication providers, and rental agencies.
Facilitating the renewal process of company licenses, including business licenses, by submitting necessary documents and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Coordinating maintenance services for company vehicles.
Assisting in collecting goods or documents, as and when required.
Maintaining a record for incoming and outgoing documents, letters, and invoices, ensuring accurate documentation and easy retrieval.
Providing driving services as and when required.
Ensuring all necessary administration forms are completed and filed appropriately.
Handling incoming calls, coordinating courier services (pick up and distribution).
Delivering important documents to relevant parties, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Assisting officers with manual filing tasks, ensuring proper organization and retrieval of documents.
Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in the workplace.
Undertaking any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess at least Secondary School/ SPM/ "O" Level.
Minimum 3 years working experience as dispatch.
Malaysian citizen with a valid driving license (Class B&D) and own a motorbike for dispatch purpose.
Able to work beyond working hours as and when required.
Good interpersonal skills and pleasant personality (sense of commitment, punctual, patient, integrity, trustworthy, no criminal record and traffic offences).
Preferably non-smoker and mature candidates.
Ability to communicate in English is an advantage.
