Job Summary

As a Junior Developer/Engineer in the GIPS - SBE Post Build sub-domain, you will support deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of applications and middleware platforms running on RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, performance optimization, and issue resolution in production and post-build environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of middleware platforms. Troubleshoot and resolve application and middleware issues on RHEL, JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka. Assist in performance tuning, automation, and system monitoring. Develop and optimize Unix scripts and SQL queries for automation and issue resolution. Ensure system security, compliance, and high availability. Work with senior engineers on incident resolution and root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in Linux/Middleware engineering and post-build support. Hands-on experience with Unix shell scripting, SQL, and troubleshooting JBoss, WebLogic, MQ, and Kafka. Basic understanding of system monitoring, performance tuning, and automation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and collaborate with teams.
