Development Lead (Senior Manager)

Placement : Kuala Lumpur

Our company is looking for an organized, independent, and self-motivated Development Lead (Senior Manager) that will ensure the company's strategy is adhered to and carried out. The role also requires the candidate to bring in best practices in continuous improvement plans and activity into the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the Project Director in oversee and coordinating all aspects of project development from feasibility to handover (Pre Construction Phase, Construction Phase & Post Construction Phase). Involve in preparing project plans, design briefs and development schedules Liaise with consultants, authorities and internal teams to ensure timely submissions and approvals Monitor compliance with technical requirements, regulatory standards and project objectives Support the Project Director in preparing proposals, reports and presentation for internal reviews and stakeholder updates Participate in site visits, inspections and coordination meetings to support day to day project oversight

Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in property development or related roles. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
