\xe3\x83\xbbUnderstand our company\'s investment framework and work closely with superior in identifying suitable landbanks and joint venture partners for future development.

\xe3\x83\xbbDeal sourcing and evaluation of investment opportunities.

\xe3\x83\xbbFollow up with agents/ developers to generate new business and negotiate investment proposal/ requirement.

\xe3\x83\xbbKeep trustful relationship with agents/ developers through proactive follow-up actions and supports in order to obtain on-going strong source of land supply and market information.

\xe3\x83\xbbUndertake feasibility studies to make recommendation for joint venture.

\xe3\x83\xbbConsistently conduct market survey for new project to identify market opportunities, market risk and competitive advantages,

\xe3\x83\xbbSupport superior to produce presentations, reports and proposals with wel lsupported insights and recommendations to our company.

\xe3\x83\xbbMonitor construction progress timeline, cash flow, and marketing activities of existing project.

\xe3\x83\xbbPerform daily administrative works which include handling the attending guests, top management staff (book and arrange travel, transport and manage schedule), filing documents/ invoice, and update database.

\xe3\x83\xbbTo assist in any ad-hoc tasks when required by manager
Salary 6000~8000 (RM)
Location Kuala Lumpur
Requirements \xe2\x9c\x93Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Building Science
or property related disciplines.

\xe2\x9c\x93A minimum 3 years\' experience within property/ real estate/ similar capacity.

\xe2\x9c\x93Knowledge and insight of Property Development Industry

\xe2\x9c\x93Good command of English (both written and verbal)

\xe2\x9c\x93Good spoken and written in Japanese is an advantageous.

\xe2\x9c\x93Well versed in Microsoft Office. Proficiency in Excel (IF Function, VLOOKUP function etc)
