The Role & Team:

Infovista helps fixed, mobile and broadband communications service providers (CSPs) and IT-intensive enterprises improve the customer experience, reduce customer churn and deliver differentiated services, while improving the capital efficiency of their infrastructure. The real-time network intelligence we gather from today\'s information-rich networks enables them to assure service quality, manage network performance, optimize network configurations, and plan the technology upgrades required to handle future network and service demand.

Responsibilities:

- Dig into and troubleshoot customer platform issues on their cloud environment.

- Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.

- Test & deploy hot fixes in the customer environment.

- Escalate issues to the next level, as needed with relevant info.

- Help customers to use our APIs/Cloud solutions.

- High collaboration with support team in Europe.

Requirements:

- Familiarity with deployment methodologies.

- Good knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and deployment technologies such as, respectively, Docker, Kubernetes and Helm.

- Excellent knowledge in Linux.

- Experience with Rest APIs is required.

- Experiences with Database technologies such as Postgres SQL and Redis as well as message broker technologies such as RabbitMQ would be appreciated

- Fluency in English

- Good written and verbal skills.

- 2-3 years of working experience in the related fields is required for this position.

- Strong communication skills.

- Must have skills : Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Linux, Rest APIs, Postgres SQL, Redis, RabbitMQ
