As a Tech Lead, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions while providing technical leadership to our development team. You will be responsible for overseeing Java-based applications, Angular.js front-end development, and cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for technology, a proven track record of leading projects, and deep expertise in Java, Angular.js, and cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:

• Lead and mentor a team of developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Provide technical guidance, architecture decisions, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and QA, to define project goals and priorities.

Software Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain Spring boot -based applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop responsive web applications using Angular.js and other front-end technologies.
• Implement and maintain cloud-based solutions (e.g., Azure, Google Cloud) for application deployment and scaling.

Independence and Ownership:

• Work independently to drive technical initiatives and solve complex problems.
• Take ownership of projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Continuous Learning:

• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
• Share knowledge and promote innovation within the team.
• echnologies associated with Firewalls, Load Balancers, VPNs, Proxies, Azure and Google Cloud are all in your support league.

As a tech lead, having cloud experience is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Spring and Angular will also be an integral part of this role.

You are a technology aficionado, therefore you have a good understanding of web application architecture, DevOps methodolgy . You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.

Hi, my name is Venkatakrishnan and I\xe2\x80\x99m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2018, when I took a role as senior software engineer in the MyDHL+ team. From there, I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed in Principal architect role. In 2023, I moved to a management role, being Manger of Teams.
