Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all the production processes, production management, material flow management and particularly production cost, machine utilization, machine efficiency, machine down time, quality and delivery

2. Planning, coordinating, directing and supervising the entire day-to-day operations.

3. Communicate regularly with management or relevant departments regarding production operation requirements

4. Developing workflow and procedures to improve efficiency and quality

5. Ensure full utilization of manpower and machine through proper planning

6. Set ambitious production goals and communicate them to key personnel.

7. Work cross departmentally to implement the company's policies and goals

8. Provide motivation, support and guidance to all employees and review worker performance

9. Create schedules for employees to ensure optimum staffing level

10. Prepare monthly production reports for management review

11. To do mould trial and provide solution and work together with PDE

12. Trouble shooting of Casting defect

13. Monitoring and maintain 5S and safety

14. To perform any others jobs or duties as and when required by superior

Minimum skills / Requirement

1. Familiar with the diecasting process, machine operation and parameter setting

2. Preferable at least 5 years working experience in related environment

3. Diploma / Degree or any certificate in related field

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
