As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing expert nutritional advice and support to clients/patients to promote healthy eating habits and manage dietary-related health conditions. You will develop personalized nutrition plans, conduct assessments, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to improve overall health outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Nutritional Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' dietary needs, including evaluating medical history, lifestyle, and food preferences.
Analyze and interpret nutritional information to provide evidence-based recommendations.
Diet Planning and Counselling:
Develop and implement personalized meal plans based on individual health goals, dietary restrictions, and preferences.
Offer counselling and support to clients on effective dietary changes and sustainable lifestyle modifications.
Education and Training:
Educate clients on nutrition principles, healthy eating habits, and food safety.
Conduct workshops and group sessions on various nutrition topics.
Collaboration:
Work closely with healthcare providers, including physicians and nurses, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive patient management.
Collaborate with food service teams to ensure compliance with dietary guidelines and quality standards.
Monitoring and Evaluation:
Monitor clients' progress and adjust dietary plans as needed to achieve health objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, progress, and outcomes.
Research and Development:
Stay informed about the latest research in nutrition and dietetics to provide current and effective advice.
Contribute to the development of new nutrition programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
Licensure:
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or equivalent certification required.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret nutritional data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Knowledge of dietary guidelines and nutrition standards.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Capability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, such as standing for extended periods.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
