Job Scope: as below list Involve in ordering, estimate the materials need from production and operation department. Monitor and checking the temperature log for meal and equipment. Monitor and involve in updating meal order and check meal summary on daily basis. Involve in menu development and menu planning. Responsible in calorie counting for menu/therapeutic diet planning. Monitor the waste and spoiled material and/or product. To be involved in any meeting related to the enhancement of food quality services. Prepare the documentation and report related to food services. Coordinate staffs by conducting training and scheduling staff. To be involve in internal and external Quality audit exercise. To liaise with customers on dietetic and food service related matters. To be involved in the formulation of departmental policies and standard operating procedure (SOP). Involve in monitoring and enforcement the company policies, standard operating procedure (SOP), and Health and Safety guidelines,HALAL ,HACCP & GMP procedure. Monitor, maintains and ensures the proper food handling and preparation, the cleanliness and personal hygiene of the kitchen in compliance with food handling and sanitation standard. Involve in monitoring the cleaning schedules for the kitchen. Ensure smooth and effective communication and good coordination in team. Completing other administrative tasks.
