Position: Digi Contact center customer service Salary : RM1800 to RM2300++ Working Hour : 24/7 Rotate Shift (5 day working,2 day off) Allowance : Transportation RM11/day. Shift Allowance (Around the clock) . Overtime etc Duties and Responsibilities . Handle all escalations complaint . Identify and escalate to right stakeholders . Provide root cause analysis . Follow up with customer request when necessary . Perform ad-hoc task when required by supervisor eg, Answer calls and respond to emails Key Competencies and Skills Requirement . Verbal and written communication skills . Listening skills . Problem analysis and problem solving . Organizational skills, multitasking and teamwork . Able to work without supervision . SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent . Proficient in Microsoft Office application/ Google Suite . Required language proficiency - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (optional) Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply, training with paid salary will be provided.
