Salary : RM1800 to RM2000++
Location : Subang Hi Tech
Working Hour : Earliest shift: 6am. Last shift end at 12am. Rotate Shift (5 day working,2 day off)
Allowance : Transportation RM11/day. Shift Allowance (Around the clock) . Overtime etc
Duties and Responsibilities
\xe2\x97\x8f Handle all escalations complaint
\xe2\x97\x8f Identify and escalate to right stakeholders
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide root cause analysis
\xe2\x97\x8f Follow up with customer request when necessary
\xe2\x97\x8f Perform ad-hoc task when required by supervisor eg, Answer calls and respond to emails Key Competencies and Skills

\xe2\x97\x8f Listening skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Problem analysis and problem solving
\xe2\x97\x8f Organizational skills, multitasking and teamwork

Education and Experience
\xe2\x97\x8f SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
\xe2\x97\x8f Proficient in Microsoft Office application/ Google Suite
\xe2\x97\x8f Required language proficiency - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (optional)
