Salary : RM1800 to RM2000++
Location : Subang Hi Tech
Working Hour : Earliest shift: 6am. Last shift end at 12am. Rotate Shift (5 day working,2 day off)
Allowance : Transportation RM11/day. Shift Allowance (Around the clock) . Overtime etc
Duties and Responsibilities
Handle all escalations complaint
Identify and escalate to right stakeholders
Provide root cause analysis
Follow up with customer request when necessary
Perform ad-hoc task when required by supervisor eg, Answer calls and respond to emails Key Competencies and Skills
Requirement
Verbal and written communication skills
Listening skills
Problem analysis and problem solving
Organizational skills, multitasking and teamwork
Able to work without supervision
Education and Experience
SPM / Diploma / Degree or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office application/ Google Suite
Required language proficiency - English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (optional)
