• Possess minimum SPM or above
• Can speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner.
• Provide accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
• Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.
• Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure a positive resolution.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions and concerns effectively.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the customer experience and suggest process enhancements.
